| | FAQsWhat is a scraplifter?Our definition of a scraplifter is one who uses Scraplift Designs as a creative tool to obtain ideas from layouts displayed in the Scraplift Designs Gallery or purchases a pre-designed layout from the Scraplift Designs Store. A scraplifter is also a person who has reached an artistic block and is in need of ideas to continue completing their memory pages. Ready! Set! Scraplift!What size albums can be custom ordered?We offer a complete custom album with 20 original scrapbooked pages. The sizes include 6x6, 8x8, 8.5x8.5, 8.5x11, and 12x12 albums. Prices vary.Can a pre-designed layout be created for 5x7 or 8x10 photos?An original, crafted pre-designed layout may be custom ordered with 5x7 or 8x10 photos. The “Custom Order” form must be completed with details of the requested layout.Can double layouts be purchased separately?Pre-designed, double layouts will only be sold as a set.Can I advertise on your website?Yes. Advertisement is available for businesses affiliated with arts, crafts, and/or hobbies. For information click here.How far in advance do I need to place a custom order?A minimum of two weeks is required for custom orders. The time frame may vary for high quantity orders. For orders that require shipping, please allow at least an additional 7-10 business days for US Postal Service delivery.How long does it take to receive a custom order?Custom orders will be completed and shipped within two weeks of order request. For orders that require shipping, please allow at least an additional 7-10 business days for US Postal Service delivery. Shipping costs for custom orders may vary.What is the return policy?All clearance items, pre-designed layouts, custom orders, paper and cardstock are sold “as-is” and all sales are final. After 30 days has expired, Scraplift Designs will not be able to provide a refund. Upon receiving your package(s), please inspect the contents. If there is an error with your order please contact us at contact@ScrapliftDesigns.com so we may resolve your issue. For custom orders, Scraplift Designs highly recommends that you carefully proof your order.How can I become a layout designer?1)Complete at least five or more 12x12 pre-designed layouts.2)Read and agree to the Layout Designer Terms and Policies. 3)Complete the Layout Designer Agreement Form to let us know that you agree to the Designer terms/policies and are interested in developing/selling your layouts at the Scraplift Designs Store. You may also PRINT/SIGN-DATE/MAIL the Layout Designer Agreement Page to: Scraplift Designs P.O.Box 461704 San Antonio TX 78246-1704. 4)For each layout you design, complete the Layout Description Form and e-mail them to layouts@ScrapliftDesigns.com. 5) Wait for your profits to arrive. It’s that simple! Can I send in my photos when I order a custom made layout or album?Yes. Photos may be mailed or hand delivered (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer). Scraplift Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged photos. We highly recommend that our customers send a duplicate set of photos, not originals.What type of payments do you accept?Scraplift Designs accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks.Credit Cards: We accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER credit cards. Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks: Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment. Payment must be received within 7 business days or the item(s) will be re-listed on ScrapliftDesigns.com. Personal Checks: Checks are accepted, however orders will not be processed until check has cleared. Checks must be received within 7 business days or the item(s) will be re-listed on ScrapliftDesigns.com. Please mail personal checks, money orders and cashier’s checks to Scraplift Designs P.O.Box 461704 San Antonio, TX 78246-1704. When are payments due?Custom orders of $50 or more require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) when order is placed. The remainder of the balance is due upon the completion of the entire order. All pre-designed layouts and scrapbook retail items must be paid in full at checkout.Is my credit card information secure on the Scraplift Designs Store?Scraplift Designs cares about the security and privacyof its customers. While shopping at Scraplift Designs, you can be assured that all your information is safe and secure. Our Scraplift Designs Store checkout pages utilize Yahoo e-commerce which secures up to 128-bit encryption. There are two indicators in verifying that your browser is secure: (1) the standard http:// will change to https:// (the added “s” means your browser is secure and your information is encrypted) and (2) an icon of a lock will appear in the lower right corner of your browser also indicating that your information is secure.What are my shipping costs?Online Store Purchases: We offer USPS ground shipping flat rates based on the purchase price (includes delivery confirmation with tracking number):$.01 - $24.99 = $4.75 (ground only) $25.00 - $49.99 = $6.75 (ground only) $50.00 and over = FREE SHIPPING (ground only) Shipping costs may vary for custom orders. When will my order arrive?Upon receipt of full payment, all orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Ground shipping will vary depending upon USPS delivery (usually arrives within 7-10 business days). You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your order has been shipped with a tracking number. To track your package you can go to www.usps.com or call 1-800-222-1811.Is my privacy protected with Scraplift Designs? (Privacy Policy)This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store.
